Terms and Conditions β LevelUp Services
1. Service Objective
LevelUp Services offers products and services related to video games and digital platforms, including but not limited to:

Boosters / Boosting and assistance for in-game progression.

Sale of video game accounts.

Sale of digital items such as coins, lobbies, skins, accessories, etc.

Game services and accounts for games like GTA V, Call of Duty (including Black Ops 7), Genshin Impact, among others. For GTA V services, the User MUST have $500,000 GTA Online dollars in their account.
- Sale of streaming service accounts or memberships.
The user acknowledges that these products are digital goods or intangible services, and their use is at the buyer's own risk.
2. Warranty and Replacement Policy
All products and services come with a 1-month (30-day) warranty only in cases where the product presents faults directly attributable to us as the provider.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

In case of a proven and validated failure, an equivalent product or service replacement will be offered.

The warranty does not apply if the customer misused the product, made unauthorized changes, provided incorrect data, or allowed third-party access.
- The warranty covers a maximum of 50% of the total product cost paid for the replacement (the value is determined according to current market prices and is appealable).
- The client must verify the provided account data prior to data changes, if the account is FA. It is MANDATORY to change the data.
The buyer agrees that the only resolution method will be replacement when applicable, never a refund.
3. Refund Requests, Disputes or Claims on Payment Platforms
The customer acknowledges and agrees that filing disputes, claims, or attempting refunds through PayPal, bank, payment platform, or any intermediary without first following the internal support process constitutes a direct breach of these terms.

In case of opening a dispute, proof of delivery and acceptance will be presented to the corresponding entity, which could result in the customer losing the claim.

The customer may be permanently banned from the system and support server, losing the right to future warranties, replacements, or purchased products.

Legal or administrative actions may be taken if the claim involves fraud or an attempt at commercial scam.
Purchasing implies accepting that resolutions are handled only through replacement, never through monetary reimbursement.
4. Product Delivery / Service Request
After completing the purchase, the client must open a ticket on Discord to request product delivery:

Join our Discord server.

Go to the "Inquiries" channel.

Open a ticket and attach proof of payment and necessary details.

Delivery does not begin until the ticket is opened and correctly verified.
5. Client Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for:

Providing correct and complete information.

Avoiding actions that compromise the account or service received.

Complying with instructions provided by the team.
We are not responsible for subsequent bans, losses, or blocks caused by misuse or external factors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content present on LevelUp Services is protected by copyright. Its use or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
